Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-543-1961 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing directly to Aurora Expeditions or your authorized travel advisor. The effective cancellation date is defined as the business day on which written notification is received by the cruise line. Requests for date transfers, voyage changes, or passenger name changes are handled as cancellations and re-bookings subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation penalties apply to the full voyage cost paid to Aurora Expeditions, including expedition cruise fare, charter flights, adventure activity add-ons, and pre/post-expedition accommodation packages. No refunds will be issued to guests who fail to present required passport/visa documentation, fail to meet medical clearances required for polar or remote travel, fail to arrive for departure, or discontinue their voyage after commencement.

All approved booking transfers incur an administrative transfer fee of $500 per passenger (in your original booking currency). Transferred funds are issued as a cruise credit valid for future sailings departing within 24 months of the original departure date. Only one transfer per original reservation is permitted, and guests are responsible for any fare differences on the replacement voyage.
If you request to transfer your booking to a subsequent Aurora Expeditions voyage, approval is subject to availability and the timing of written notice received prior to departure:
