Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-543-1961 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
Effective April 1, 2025, the updated Payment and Cancellation Policy for individual FIT reservations introduces revised deposit amounts based on cruise length. For sailings up to seven nights, the deposit is $300 per cabin and $600 per suite, while for cruises of eight nights or more, the deposit is $600 per cabin or suite. The option period allows for reservations to be held for up to 60 days prior to sailing, with a seven-day window to confirm. Final payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellation fees vary by timeline: no charge applies up to 90 days prior, the deposit is forfeited between 89 and 60 days prior, 50% of the cruise fare is charged for cancellations between 59 and 30 days before departure, and 100% of the fare is non-refundable within 29 days of sailing.
