Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-543-1961 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
All cancellation requests for Crystal Cruises must be submitted in writing through your authorized travel advisor or directly to Crystal Cruises. The official date of cancellation is defined as the business day on which written notice is received. Cancellation fees apply per person based on the length of the voyage and the date written notice is submitted relative to departure.
A non-refundable administration fee per booking applies to early cancellations outside the percentage penalty window. Voluntary termination of a cruise in progress by the guest results in full forfeiture with no refund. Travel protection premiums are non-refundable, and Crystal Cruises is under no obligation to issue partial refunds for guests who disembark prematurely.
