Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-543-1961 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
Emerald Cruises' Temporary Cancellation Policy
NEW [Temporary] Policy: All currently booked guests with a departure on or after June 1st 2020 and guests considering a booking after that date, have the option to transfer their booking to an alternate departure without penalty, up to 60 days prior to departure. All cancellation fees will be waived with the value of the booking applied as a future travel credit.

The cancellation fees listed above do not include any cancellation fees that may be imposed by the airlines. In cases when paper tickets are issued, no refund will be made for canceled air tickets until tickets are returned to Emerald Cruises. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded under any condition. Please ensure that any returned airline tickets are sent by certified or registered mail. Lost ticket replacement can take up to one year and processing fees may be assessed.
