Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Paul Gauguin Cruises' Temporary Cancellation Policy
NEW [Temporary] Policy: June and July 2020 sailings: if you prefer to cancel your booking completely, a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) will be issued for the amount of the cancel fee, less any fees imposed by the airline/hotels. The FCC will be valid for cruises through 2021 aboard the ms Paul Gauguin. Cancel fees have been amended to 10% (cruise only fares) for cancellations received 31 days prior to sailing for departures through July 29, 2020.

For this purpose, "Departure Date" means the date the sea, air/sea or air/sea/land program first departs and "Full Fare" means the full cost of any cruise, hotel or air component purchased from PGS or PGPS. Some components may have different refund and/or cancellation policies and penalties and, if so, these will explained at time of booking.
