Ponant's Worry-Free Booking Policy
NEW [Temporary] Policy: For any new booking, in case of cancellation your cruise is fully refundable up to 90 days after confirmation. For 2020 departures: make a new booking with a 10% deposit, and final payment is due only 30 days before sailing. Up to 30 days prior to departure, you will receive a full refund in case of cancellation. Full refund to be either in cash or Future Cruise Credit (FCC). In case of a cash refund, client will be subject to a $250 per pax administrative fee.
