You will get a full refund if you notify Royal Caribbean at least 75 days prior to your sailing date for 1 to 4-night cruises, or at least 90 days prior for 5 to 14-night cruises (120 days for cruises 15 nights or longer, including holiday sailings and CruiseTours). When calculating the days prior to sailing, the day of sailing should not be considered as one of the days. The day of sailing is considered the first day of the cruise, therefore, the penalty period will commence one day prior to the day of sailing.
*Some promotional prices require non-refundable deposits. A booking made under the non-refundable deposit cruise fare rate requires the payment of a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is not refundable at any time after it has been paid. Payment of full deposit and full name are required for each guest at the time of booking.
Should you cancel a booking made with a non-refundable deposit prior to the final payment due date, the cancellation terms of the cruise ticket contract apply, and Royal Caribbean will issue a future cruise credit in the amount of the deposit paid minus a $100 per person service fee. The future cruise credit is applicable only towards the purchase of a Royal Caribbean cruise that departs no more than 12-months after the issue date of the future cruise credit. Any amount remaining after the expiration date will be void and forfeited. The future cruise credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for any other form of compensation, credit, or cash. For non-refundable deposit bookings that require a deposit of $100 per person or less, no future cruise credit or any other compensation or credit of any kind will be issued.
Each time you change the ship or sail date of a non-refundable deposit booking prior to the final payment due date, payments made towards the non-refundable deposit booking will be applied to the balance of the modified booking and a $100 per person service fee will be charged to the modified booking.
For 15+ night cruises, the deposit is $500 per person per booking, and guests have up to 120 days prior to sailing to make their final payment.
