Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-543-1961 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
All cancellation requests for Tauck river cruises must be submitted in writing to Tauck or through your authorized travel agent. The official cancellation date is defined as the business day on which written notice is received by Tauck. Cancellation fees apply per person and vary according to the timeframe of written notification relative to the scheduled departure date.
Penalty fees apply to European river cruises, small ship ocean cruises, land tours, pre/post-tour hotel stays, and custom extensions booked through Tauck. Airline tickets issued via Tauck Air Res are subject to separate airline penalty rules and handling fees. No refunds are granted to guests who fail to present valid passport or visa documentation, fail to show up for departure, or discontinue their journey after cruise commencement.
