Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-543-1961 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
Should you need to cancel your booking or any portion of it, your cancellation must be received in writing. It will be effective on the date of receipt. Cancellation charges, per person and based upon the date of cancellation, are as shown in the schedule below.

These cancellation fees are in addition to any cancellation fees that might be levied by your travel agent. There is no refund for unused services or for unused portions of the trip. If you purchased a travel protection plan from Uniworld, you are eligible for a full refund of your plan cost during the 10-day "free look" period, provided you are within 10 days of plan purchase, you have not started your trip, and you have not filed a claim.
