One year after the delivery of Seabourn Venture, her sister ship, Seabourn Pursuit was delivered on July 31, 2023 and is the newest addition to the ultra-luxurious Seabourn fleet. Purpose built for exploring the remote destinations and extraordinary wonders larger cruise ships cannot reach while providing world-class luxury and service. Seabourn Pursuit features luxurious, elegant, and generously appointed public and enrichment spaces designed by famed designer Adam D. Tihany. Seabourn Pursuit is designed and built for diverse environments to PC6 Polar Class standards and includes modern hardware and technology that will extend the ships' global deployment and capabilities. It carries two custom-built submarines, 24 Zodiacs, kayaks, and a 24-person expert Expedition Team enabling guests to engage in up-close wildlife encounters, off-the-beaten path excursions, and enriching cultural experiences. A fully-inclusive "yacht" like experience, Seabourn Pursuit blends state-of-the art capability with world-class service and luxury. Seabourn Pursuit proudly entered service in August 2023.

- The Colonnade: The more casual, indoor/outdoor alternative, features an open kitchen, lavish buffets or table service for breakfasts and lunch, and serves regionally themed, bistro-style dinners with table service nightly. At The Colonnade, special theme nights feature Chef Keller-influenced dinners that pay homage to his American childhood. His interpretations of classic comfort dishes, such as Clam Bake and BBQ Ribs will be served family-style on platters to complement the essence of sharing in a relaxed spirit of fun and togetherness.
- Earth & Ocean: Each evening, the skilled Earth & Ocean chefs create an imaginative array of fresh, inventive dishes-a sophisticated menu celebrating eclectic traditional flavors from around the world, served in a relaxed setting under the stars for a distinctive dining experience unlike any other on board.
- The Grill By Thomas Keller: Guests setting foot inside the elegant dining room will be treated to table-side preparations of Caesar salad and ice cream sundaes as well as a range of other steakhouse favorites like Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, presented a la carte. The timeless menu will draw on the freshest products from artisan purveyors. A cocktail program and wine list of domestic and old-world labels complement the menu.
- In-Suite Dining: Seabourn is pleased to offer a varied menu available around the clock for service in your suite. You may also order dinner from The Restaurant menu and have your meal served, course by course, in your suite or on your veranda.
- The Patio: Relaxed poolside dining offering luncheon buffets, salads, soups, grilled specialties and freshly baked pizza. Dinners feature a full menu in an alfresco setting. For The Patio, Chef Keller has developed exclusively for Seabourn, a signature Napa burger, as well as an artisanal hot dog dubbed the Yountwurst, named for the hometown of The French Laundry, Ad Hoc, and the original Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery.
- The Restaurant: Before Seabourn, open-seating dining on a cruise ship was unheard of. Come when you like, with whom you please, and be seated as you wish. The room is beautiful, the cuisine is exquisite, and the service is simultaneously flawless, friendly and fun.
- Seabourn Square: A place to enjoy your newspaper or to socialize with your fellow passengers, Seabourn Square is what you're looking for. Seabourn Square is the true "living room" of the ships. - Sushi: Seabourn researched the best ingredients and developed a menu that is a perfect blend of authenticity to maintain the root of the cuisine, and a twist of Seabourn's culinary expertise. The sushi concept is a modern line that is steeped in tradition using the finest ingredients. Hamachi, tuna, shrimp and other fresh fish products will be shipped from Japan to Sushi and served a la carte for dinner.

- Caviar In The Surf: One of Seabourn's most popular events is the signature "Caviar in the Surf" beach barbecue. The uniformed staff members plunge into the water and invite guests to wade in and get iced champagne and caviar at a surfboard bar. The event includes a lavish barbecue lunch, watersports, music and ample time to soak up the sun on a white-sandy beach.
- Discovery Center: The Discovery Center, which is adjacent to the Expedition Lounge on Deck 4, acts as the teaching & academic center for natural history and cultural programming in an environment spacious enough to accommodate all guests at one time. Each day, guests will visit this venue for insightful lectures, briefings, and Seabourn Conversations enrichment programming designed to help educate them throughout their expedition experience.

Seabourn also offers a series of complimentary classes including yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Or, if personal attention is preferred, the personal trainers will design a nutrition and exercise plan that will help you achieve results.
